Estimator – Refurbishment / Maintenance

Lincoln are currently assisting a Construction business that operate across the Commercial and Government space with strong focus on refurbishments, fitouts and maintenance projects.

In operation for over 30 years, they have assisted with government works, educational space and commercial buildings.

As the Estimator, you will be overseeing the portfolio of a number of refurbishment and fitout projects.  Your aim will not only be hard tendering and bringing in new business but also, to ensure that the project runs smoothly and within budget from tender to completion.

• The ideal candidate for this role with hold an abundance of confidence in their own ability and have no hesitation in their strike rate,
• possess a strong book of connections
• be able to show proven wins across refurbs, fitout and capital works up to $10M in value
• Pricing, tender, site meets, submissions, conduct meets and updates to the board should be no issue for you

Ideally Australian experience as an Estimator in the above for a minimum 3 years

rights to work in Australia

proficient in Tender and cost management on project sup to $10M in value
