Project Architect

Lincoln Talent are working with a leading Real Estate Developer who require a Project Architect to join their in house Architectural team and to play a key role in design coordination, documentation, and project delivery for high-quality apartment developments.

They are well established within the industry, a great environment to work within and some impressive projects on profile.

This is a Sydney based role with flexibility on work life balance.

Lincoln are looking for someone with the ability to take the reigns on the following:

• Manage the design process from concept through to construction

• Coordinate DA, CDC, CC approvals and liaise with councils & certifiers

• Oversee Revit models, documentation and BIM workflows

• Collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to ensure design integration

• Review and respond to shop drawings, RFIs and site queries during construction

• Ensure all designs meet standards and specific planning controls

• Maintain a strong focus on buildability, cost efficiency and design quality

• Registered Architect with Class 2 residential project experience

• Strong knowledge of NCC/BCA, CA and authority approval pathways

• Proficient in Revit and BIM coordination

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Able to integrate design excellence with budget, timeline and construction constraints.

• Previous experience in a developer or multi residential practice highly regarded
