Project Director – Commercial Fit Out

Lincoln are currently assisting a Fit Out business that operate nationally across the Commercial and Retail construction industries. In operation for over 15 years, they are currently in growth mode due to a large number of project wins of $1M up to $15M

As the Project Director you will be overseeing the portfolio of a number of interior fitout projects.  Your aim will be focusing on the long term goals ensuring these align with the companies route, making strategic decisions, focus on planning, managing resources, ensuring compliance with regulations, stakeholder liaison and maintaining client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic vision, leadership, and technical expertise, ensuring the successful completion of projects while aligning with the company’s goals and standards.

Key attributes we are looking for include:

• Oversee a team of Snr PM’s/PM’s, Design Teams, procurement, and client liaison
• Chair meetings and effectively communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
• Have a proven track record in leading projects and delivering results.
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality outcomes.
• Role would suit a Snr PM looking to take the next step

•  5-10 years in project management, (at least 3 of these in a Snr PM position)
• Must have Australian experience focusing on workplace and office fitouts.
• Demonstrated strong leadership abilities.
• Proficient in understanding trade quotations, cost management, and interpreting plans.
• Experienced with project management methodologies and tools.
