Civil Project Manager – Subdivisions

Lincoln are working with a leading Civil Engineering contractor and seek a Project Manager to oversee subdivisions, major earthworks, roads, stormwater, drainage, retaining walls all to name a few.

They are well established within the industry, with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality civil projects for both public, government and private clients—and are now expanding due to increased project demand.

This is a Sydney based role with flexibility to work from home offering a rare balance of autonomy and project engagement.

• Managing full project lifecycle – concept to completion

• Coordinating teams, contractors & suppliers

• Project Planning & Scheduling

• Stakeholder & Client Coordination

• Procurement & Budget Control

• Overseeing civil works (subdivisions, bulk earthworks, roads, drainage, pavement)

• Maintaining safety and compliance on-site

• Controlling budget, risk, and timelines

• Leading client and stakeholder communications

• A minimum 3 years in Project Management of civil works across Australia
• Posses relevant qualifications in Project Management, construction management or civil engineering, preferably Civil Engineer background
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven track record of managing diverse teams
• Knowledge of Australian codes and safety standards
• Be able to mentor teams to enhance their careers to the next level.
