Site Manager – Remedial Projects

Lincoln are currently assisting a leading contractor within the Remediation and Rectification industry.

They are on the hunt for an experienced and dedicated Site Manager to join their growing team.

You will oversee the remedial works such as waterproofing, concrete cancer, and realign the buildings structures to an excellent standard across commercial and residential buildings.

You will ensure that the that projects are completed on time, with minimal risk and to the highest standards of quality.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

• Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all tasks.
• Work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure the technical requirements of the project are met.
• Liaison and direction with Subcontractor, supplier management and Strata Building managers
• Ensure Health and Safety compliance of site/s especially when these are occupied buildings.
• Adhere to the relevant codes and standards of building sites.

• 5 years experience in Remedial projects
• at least 1 year in a lead / Managerial role.
• Trade experience either as a Waterproofer, Carpenter or Bricklayer
• Proven experience in directing Strata projects and commercial buildings
• Strong eye for detail
